Cooking (Spring Break)
Green peppers - slice 'em, dice 'em, toss 'em in the stir-fry, add oil, salt, scallions. Stir-fry for a lil'.
Asparagus - Make some scrambled eggs sans mayonnaise. Shell it and break off non-edible parts of asparagus. Add water, oil, salt, scallions. Add eggs on top. Simmer a bit, stir-fry a bit, and simmer again.
That took surprisingly long and revealed the full extent of my technical detail, but suffice it to say I made some other dishes, too. And believe me, they take longer to make than to write..!!
